For the last two decades, Wendi has worked with executive leaders to develop high-potential teams and organizational growth strategies. Through authenticity and intentionality, she encourages a human-centered approach to growth and redefines what it means to be a leader. Wendi gets to the root of what’s holding a team back by working directly with management and the frontline to create a model for change and growth at all levels of the organization.
