Today, I’m joined by Tom Burbage, and we’re talking about Building the F-35 Lightning II. Tom is a Naval Academy graduate, former Navy Test pilot, industry leader, and author. As a Naval Aviator, he accumulated more than 3,000 hours in 38 different types of military aircraft and retired as a U.S. Navy Captain in 1994. He also worked at Lockheed Martin as an Executive VP/GM for both the F-22 Raptor and the F-35 programs. He is the co-author of the book F-35: The Inside Story of the Lightning II. I’m excited to have him on the show to learn from his leadership experience in the military and in business and learn the leadership lesson from Building the F-35 Lightning II.
