Today I’m joined by Jack McGuinness. Jack is an executive team coach and co-founder of Relationship Impact, a consulting firm focused on helping organizations build great leadership teams. He is a former Army officer, author, teacher, and entrepreneur. He is the author of a new book called Building Great Leadership Teams: A Practical Approach for Unleashing the Full Potential of Your Team. In this book, Jack helps readers recognize they don’t have to live with an average or dysfunctional leadership team. This book provides a guide for building effective and successful leadership teams. I’m excited to have him on the show to learn from his experience on this subject.
