Today I’m joined by Stefan Avramtchev. Stefan is a transformation and leadership coach with over 25 years of work experience, starting from software engineering, going through business and entrepreneurship, and arriving at coaching. Having been through the struggles of being a new manager first-hand, he now coaches newly promoted leaders to successfully navigate through the first and most difficult times of their management careers. I’m excited to have him on the show to talk about what it takes to be an impactful new manager.
