
Today I’m joined by Dr. Deborah Gilboa. Deborah is a medical doctor, author, resilience expert, and keynote speaker. She is the author of a new book called From Stressed To Resilient: The Guide to Handle More and Feel It Less. In this book, she helps readers strengthen their ability to cope with stress and learn to be happy in the face of change. Given all the change we have experienced in the past few years, I’m excited to have her on the show and learn from her research.
