Today I’m joined by Ian Roth. Ian has been leading teams for the past 15 years in both the military and civilian sectors. He writes about leadership issues and has a new book coming out in January called Shut Up and Lead: How To Speak Softly And Carry A Big Stick in a Loud and Obnoxious World. I wanted to get him on the show to talk about his new book and his views on how to be an effective leader in, as he calls it, an “Loud and Obnoxious World.”
