Today I’m joined by Mike Watson. Mike is the founder and president of Ignite Management, a strategic planning and leadership development company based in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is the co-author of a new book called Rise Up: Leadership Habits for Turbulent Times. In this book, Mike and his co-author Ali Grovue, reveal digestible and comprehensive methods for managers to become an influential force in helping employees deal with the challenges of today’s workplace.
