Today I’m joined by Neil Jurd. Neil is a founder of Leader-Connect, an online resource for leadership discussion and development. He is a former British Army officer who now teaches and trains executives and companies in leadership and team development. He has produced a series of leadership videos which are now widely viewed. He is the author of The Leadership Book: A step-by-step guide to excellent leadership. I’m honored to have him on the show to talk about leadership, especially in these times of uncertainty and change in the workplace.
