Today I’m joined by Dr. Janet Polach. Janet is an Author, Speaker, and Executive Coach. She is an expert in developing new leaders. She is a retired lieutenant colonel who spent 20 years in the U.S. Marine Corps. She has developed leaders in the U.S., China, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Puerto Rico, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. She is the author of a new book, The Seven Mistakes New Managers Make. I am excited to have her on the show to talk about how new managers can become great leaders.
