Evan is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Recruiter.com, an on-demand recruiting platform that combines AI and video job-matching technology with the world’s largest network of small and independent recruiters. He is a frequent contributor to CNBC and Yahoo! Finance and is the perfect person to talk to about all the changes that are taking place in the job market right now. I wanted to get him on the show to talk about what leaders need to be doing now to attract and retain the best employees post COVID. This was a fascinating discussion that every leader needs to hear.
