Today I’m joined by Ralf Specht. Ralf is co-the founder Spark44, a global marketing communications company that he grew under his leadership to $100 + million in revenue and 1,200 employees. He and his fellow co-founders built a company with a high level of creative performance as well as strong employee engagement and satisfaction. He is the author of a new book coming out this year called Building Corporate Soul with the expressed purpose of making soulless companies a thing of the past. If you are a long-time listener of this show, you know I often talk about the soul-sucking nature of many corporate jobs.
