Today I’m joined by Ken Falke. Ken spent 21 years in the US Navy as a bomb disposal specialist. After retiring from the Navy, Ken became an entrepreneur. He founded and exited two businesses then later created two non-profit organizations. He currently serves as Chairman for Boulder Crest Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on supporting combat veterans and their families, as well as first responders. He is also the author of an upcoming new book called LEAD WELL: 10 Steps to Successful and Sustainable Leadership.
In this book, Ken introduces ten principles you need to become a more impactful leader. It’s packed with Ken’s insight from more than four decades in business, nonprofit, and military leadership. I’m honored to have him on the show to talk about it.
