Today I’m joined by Mitchell Boling. Mitch is a retired Air Force Senior Master Sergeant who spent 25 years leading the men and women who maintain the world’s most sophisticated fighter jets. He is the author of one of my favorite leadership books, “Leadership: A View from the Middle” where talks about the importance of leading in the middle of an organization. He has followed that up with a new book called “Leading from the Middle: Teachers & Coaches” which focuses on the unique leadership role of these two professions.
