You’ve heard me say this before. If you want to be a great leader, you need to get out of your bubble and go to where your people are. My guest today knows this very well. Brian Browne is a submarine qualified Chief Warrant in the U.S. Navy. He’s also co-founder of Sailors & Sticks, a nationwide group of more than 1,300 sailors and former sailors who enjoy good cigars and great conversation. He co-hosts the popular Sailors & Sticks podcast which is one of my absolute favorites. At the end of the day, Brian is an experienced, hands-on leader and it was an honor to have him on the show to talk about his philosophy on leadership.
