Have you ever heard of the term, “Stadium Status?” It signifies that someone has reached such a large audience of followers that their fans can fill an entire stadium. Think of bands like the Rolling Stones, athletes like Michael Jordan, or actors like the Rock. It represents the top of the game. Businesses and individuals can reach this level too.
My guest today is John Brubaker, also known as Coach Bru. John is a former college lacrosse coach turned author, speaker, and business coach. John speaks and writes on leadership and business issues. I have been a long-time fan of his “out of the box” thinking when it comes to growing businesses. He often says that “Weird wins” and he’s right. One idea from his book, “Stadium Status” produced more than $1 million in new business for my company, Peak Demand. He has followed that book up with a sequel called, “Beyond Stadium Status” and I’m excited to have him on the show to discuss how to grow a business to “Stadium Status and Beyond”
