Melanie is the Co-Founder of Strategic Piece, a company that helps B2B businesses grow by bringing together their marketing, sales, and service teams around an information-driven customer experience. She is an active angel investor and mentors students at Rice University. She also founded Leaders Who Fiction, where she helps people acquire and develop leadership qualities through reading and discussing fictional books.
