Will is an independent management consultant and the Co-Founder of Umbrex, an organization that connects top-tier independent management consultants around the world. He also hosts the successful podcast, Unleashed, where he focuses on helping people thrive as independent professionals. My favorite part of his background, however, is that Will was a Harvard-educated US Navy Nuclear Submarine Officer.
